Children's Bible Drill and Bible Buddies

Coming this Sunday, January 12th!

Participation in Bible Drill/Bible Buddies can help children increase their knowledge of the Bible and skills in using the Bible beyond what we are able to do during the Bible Study hour on Sunday morning. Children who participate need the encouragement and help of their parents in order to follow through.

Bible Buddies is a Bible learning program for girls and boys in grades 2-3. Girls and boys in this group will meet for six weeks and learn the books of the Bible and something about their content, a few Bible verses, and how to use their Bible effectively. (This is a good precursor to Children's Bible Drill.)

Bible Drill is for children in grades 4-6. Children will learn the names of the books of the Bible in order, develop skills in finding the books of the Bible and ten key passages, and memorize and locate 25 Bible verses.

A Parent/Child Kick-off lunch has been set for Sunday, January 12th at 12:10 pm on the second floor of Education Building 2. Lunch will be provided by the Children's Ministry. Please discuss these activities with your child and be at the meeting if you're interested in learning more about Children's Bible Drill and Bible Buddies.
