Fitness and Wellness

The ROC offers aerobics classes and Yoga, plus a fully equipped fitness room with cardio, weight lifting machines and a walking track. We also have Senior Adult excercise classes.

AEROBICS

Cost: Free with ROC membership

Monday: 5:30 & 7 p.m.

Thursday: 5:30 & 7 p.m.

Saturday: 9:15 a.m.

YOGA

Monday and Thursday: 4:30 p.m., Free!!!

 

ZUMBA

Saturday: 10:15 a.m.
