Worship with us this Sunday! Dr. Baker continues his “Remaining C.A.L.M. in a Chaotic World” series with the sermon, “Ask God for Help,” inspired in part by Max Lucado’s Anxious for Nothing. There are three worship services at Calvary this week: Early Worship at 8:30, The Summit at 10:45, and Traditional Worship at 11:00. Our scripture readings will be Psalm 86:1-10 and Philippians 4:14-13. At 11:00 worship, the Sanctuary Choir will sing the peaceful “Gaelic Blessing” by John Rutter. You can read Dr. Baker’s 8/16/18 Pastor’s Paragraph with the Philippians verse challenge, a few reflections, and information on next week’s Combined Worship and Special Called Business Meeting. The 11:00 worship bulletin can be found here. All are invited to the Deacon Ordination ceremony at 6:00pm in the Sanctuary.
