If God already knows what we think and need, then why pray? Prayer is not about our wish lists of needs or telling God what God already knows. Prayer is not even telling God, who has never asked my opinion, what I think God needs to do. Prayer is about cultivating, developing and sustaining a relationship with God who is already wanting and seeking that personal and intimate relationship with us. Join us on Monday mornings and we will talk about things like this.
Topics to discuss to enhance our spiritual growth: Attentiveness to God, Journaling, Silence and Distractions, Praying Scripture, Intercessory Prayer
